Description
The EE-9 Cascavel (rattlesnake) is a recon vehicle based on the M8 Greyhound. It was developed in Brazil in the 80's by the Engesa. Both EE-9 Cascavel and the EE-11 Urutu (APC) were mass produced (1738 at all).
Almost every south american army have the Cascavel fully operational like Paraguay, Urugray, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, etc, and a few others non american country, like Iraq.
The cascavel was made to be "incremented" in the way as the client want, for example, an eletronic fire control, etc.
It is armed with an 90mm gun and an 7.62 coaxial MG
